Doing Things the Millionaire Mind Way – In a previous post I dealt on the topic of building your internet income site around high paying keywords that you can research using Google’s free adwords keyword tool. This was after taking the time out to research why my existing sites were not returning expected results after all the time, effort and care involved in building them. Thanks entirely to developing my millionaire mind set I did not turn my back on it thinking that it was too difficult to carry on. Continuing on from my previous post keyword research is by far the most important factor in ensuring a successful adsense internet income. While it is all very well to target the high value keyphrases, by their very nature some of these key phrases are quite competitive so in a lot of cases it will be quite a challenge to get page one ranking in Google which is where you ideally want to be at to get serious traffic and earn decent online income.
By targeting the long tail phrases in the market you are focusing on you need to find out the low competition keywords which are easier to rank for then build up from there. By low competition I mean less than 20,000 competing pages in Google for the phrase match which means the results of the search of that phrase in quotation marks.
After completing your research it is now time to decide your site platform. Will it be a traditional HTML site or a blogging platform. Going by the rapid Google indexing of blogging platforms most notably WordPress blogs this is really a no-brainer. A WordPress blog on your own hosting account is the way to go. This would ensure that this is your own property to sell later if you so desire. More of that in future posts. By adding fresh relevant content regularly your sites integrity and ranking will be increased far more rapidly than a traditional static HTML website.
Online Earning Success – Plan to Grow
Starting an online business and growing it successfully takes work and planning. Adsense though while relatively slow if done correctly and methodically can be built up quite successfully over the course of a year or less to give you a decent source of income. Again it is all about focusing on a vision and planning to succeed. This is all made possible and the task made easier by implementing your millionaire mind.
There are a lot of keyword tools out there however a good free one to start with is Google’s free adwords keyword tool. With search volumes now a part of the results it gives you a good indication of what keywords to target. You can take these and then drill down further to discover more gold. Build on these first and as your site starts ranking in Google target the next most competitive set which is 50,000 – 100,000 phrase match. Your rankings will steadily rise over time.
There are of course quicker ways to gain traffic and rankings such as article marketing, social networking etc, but these are a bit more detailed and are topics that I will discuss in later online money making ideas posts.
